Applied based on cumulative purchase quantity over the past 3 years

Example: First contract 200EA → 200EA unit price applied
Next 800EA contract, cumulative 1,000EA in the past 3 years applies 1,000EA unit price from the second contract (first 200EA not retroactive)
Next 800EA contract, cumulative 1,000EA in the past 3 years applies 1,000EA unit price from the second contract (first 200EA not retroactive)

Delivery Schedule
Delivery schedule for bulk orders can be adjusted through consultation with customers
Quality Warranty Policy
DOA (Dead on Arrival)
Initial defects that do not work immediately upon delivery
- Period: Within 30 days of product receipt
- Process: Product and logistics fully covered by us for replacement
- Condition: Cases where normal installation or use is not possible (power failure, initial defect, etc.)
- Evidence: Must be able to prove defect discovery in basic inspection immediately after receipt (logs, photos, etc.)
Note: Issues occurring after 30 days are handled as RMA (operational defects).
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Defects occurring during normal use
- Basic Warranty: Customer responsibility
- With Service Plan: Free replacement up to 1% of shipped quantity
- Limitation: Paid processing for cases exceeding warranty limits or customer negligence
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not apply in the following cases (paid processing)
- Customer Fault
Installation errors, unauthorized modifications, environmental factors (flooding, lightning, etc.) - Excess Defects Beyond Warranty Limit
- Replacement Requests Without Service Plan
- Field Service, Certification Agency, etc.
Price Change Policy
Pazzk board prices are operated transparently and may be adjusted quarterly based on the following factors.
Price Adjustment Factors
Major Currency Fluctuation
When USD exchange rate fluctuates ±10% or more
Core Component Price Surge
Rising costs of major components such as MCU, PLC modules, power semiconductors, etc.
External Cost Increase
Abnormal increase in external costs such as logistics and tariffs
Adjustment Procedure
When price adjustment is needed, notice will be given at least 2 weeks before the start of the quarter through website and quotations
Adjusted prices apply to new contracts only
No retroactive application to already concluded contracts
