Pazzk offers open-source solutions for EV charging infrastructure.

All users are free to use Pazzk software under the GNU GPLv3 license.

However, if you intend to integrate the software into commercial products or services, or operate it within closed systems, a commercial license is required.

When a Commercial License is Required

  • Distributing or selling EV chargers that include Pazzk software
  • Installing the software on private or commercial charging networks
  • Integrating the software into closed or proprietary systems (e.g., cloud services, internal platforms)
  • Avoiding source code disclosure obligations under GPLv3
  • Needing commercial services such as technical support, security updates, or custom features

License Pricing & Support Options

The Pazzk commercial license is offered under a standard pricing model, with final terms determined through mutual agreement based on the intended usage and scope.

SLA & Technical Support Terms

The Plus plan includes the following Service Level Agreements (SLA):

  • Bug Fixes: Patches or workarounds provided within 2 business days for critical issues
  • Security Patches: CVSS 7.0+ vulnerabilities addressed within 48 hours
  • Service Availability: Cloud services provided by Pazzk guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime
  • Support Channels: Email, dedicated Slack channels, phone, and remote access

The SLA terms are explicitly defined in the license agreement. If unmet, compensation may include refunds or contract extensions.

Technical Support Terms

  • Support is provided only to registered client representatives.
  • Requests must include charger ID, firmware version, and reproduction steps.
  • Custom development requests are subject to individual quotations and timelines based on scope.
  • Only officially supported hardware and software versions are covered.

  • Extended ISO 15118 functionality (e.g., PnC, V2G-AC, ISO 15118-20)
  • Custom UI/UX and field-specific functionality for chargers
  • Integration with certificate issuance and management automation
